Our staff exists to equip, encourage, and serve the people of Discovery as together we follow Jesus and love our community.
Philip has served as Discovery's lead pastor since 2014. He loves people, building strong teams, and helping the church become a place where people are known and challenged to grow. Away from church, he's usually building, remodeling, working in the yard, or doing something involving tools or cars.

Brian is passionate about helping the church respond to Jesus through worship. He's a musician, writer, audiophile, culture nerd, husband, and dad who loves creating spaces where people can genuinely engage with God.

Josh has a heart for the next generation and wants kids and students to know Jesus deeply and live out their faith beyond church walls. He and his wife, Sam, are Hoosiers at heart and love investing in young people and families.

John helps lead and build community among the young adults of Discovery Church.
Tim oversees Discovery's First Impressions team and helps create a welcoming first experience for everyone who walks through the doors.
Russ leads re:generation, helping people pursue healing, freedom, and growth through a Christ-centered recovery process.
Jim and Sheryl lead Discovery's 50+ community, Extra Years of Zest, creating opportunities to connect, serve, encourage one another, and enjoy life together.
Matt oversees RD Groups and helps people grow in relationship with God and with others through intentional discipleship.
Discovery's elders provide spiritual oversight, prayer, wisdom, and care as they help guard the health and direction of our church family.
